Use drugs
Levitra Super Active + as soft gelatin capsules for oral administration, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction.
Using
The recommended starting dose of Levitra Super Active + is 10 mg taken as needed about 2 minutes before sexual activity. In clinical trials Levitra Super Active + has been shown to be effective if taken up to 4-5 hours before sexual activity.
Levitra Super Active + can be taken with or without food. Sexual stimulation is needed for a natural response to treatment.

Levitra Super Active + is not indicated for use in children.
Classes of drugs and the mechanism
Erection is a hemodynamic process based on the smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum and associated arterioles. During sexual stimulation of nerve endings in the corpus of nitric oxide (NO) is released which activates the enzyme guanylate cyIase leading to increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the corpus cavernosum. This in turn causes smooth muscle relaxation, allowing increased blood flow to the penis.
By inhibiting PDE5, an enzyme responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavemosum, Levitra Super Active + significantly increases the effect of endogenous NO, released locally in the corpus to sexual stimulation.

Missed dose

Warnings / Precautions
Levitra Super Active + has vasodilator properties, which may cause mild and transient decreases in blood pressure.
